Brooks Valls 17 weeks agoOur tankless water heater went out on Sunday. After two other plumbers failed to return calls on Monday, I called Busby on Tuesday AM and they came through. Brandon and Don came out the same morning and immediately explained the problem and offered the option to repair or replace the unit. We decided to replace the unit and by 5PM we had a new Rinnai tankless system and hot water again! I like that Busby utilizes text and email to keep you up to date. Brandon and Don were especially friendly and efficient and are employees that Busby should be proud of.
